The CCAA has finished the placement of children for the families whose adoption application documents were registered before March 14, 2006. Our LID is 3/15/06. One day away!
Here is a picture of the calendar I watch:
Barring anything weird happening (which is still a possibility), we will be matched with a child the next time matches are completed. It could still be a month or more away. With the delay this month, it's uncertain when the next batch will arrive.
It's an exciting day, and I'm happy for all of those waiting families who now have pictures of their little ones.
